i am trying to put in cheat codes for star wars knights of the old republic and it says find the swkotor.ini file in your game directory and open it using a text editor like notepad. under game options add enablecheats=1 then save the file. so i have no idea how to do it please help.
The easiest way would be for you to open notepad, then click File->Open, navigate to thwindows cheat codese installation directory: (Default: C:\Program Files\LucasArts\SWKotOR) you will see a file called swkotor.ini or swkotor click that file and Open. Add EnableCheats=1 then click File->Save.
Classic game :-D
[windows key] + E - opens file explorer.
navigate to where you installed the game...
c:\program files\lucas arts\starwars knights\
You should see a file calledwindows cheat codes swkotor.ini
Right click on the file and say open with notepad -[you might have to select this from a list of progs]
Then add the line
enablecheats=1
If you still couldn't find the file you could always do a search on your computer for the file and then in the list right click open with notepad etc as above.
