hp dvd player software!My dvd player does not show up on "my computer." The HP DVD software does not recognize the DVD in the player?

corrupted drivers ....call customer service or bring it to a repair shop,...you can do it ur self but i messed mine up when i tried ....mahp dvd player softwareybe u got a friend who can help
open ur computer's bios setting (by pressing Dell or F2 when pc boot) nd see is ur DVD detect there or not. ifhp dvd player software no than u have 2 open ur CPU check the wiring of DVD to motherboard. u can also change the data cable of ur DVD if it not detect.
