freeware limewire!What is the best freeware to protect your computer from Limewire viruses, trojan horses and everything else?

I use download.com a lot, and I would like to know what simple but safe, security software would be good for Limewire. Thank you in advance.

if I were you, I would invest at least $15 bucks in a good virus protection software. I use Trend Micro PC-cillin which does an ok job, however my bro was sfreeware limewiretill able to download some viruses. Also, back up your computer just in case you do get one, a friend would have had to pay about $100 to have a tech retrieve lost info from a virus. It may not be free, but will probably protect you better then anything free out there.
download peerguardian 2 its all u need its a filter that filters out the bad stuff when downloading from limewire and more
If you use Limewire to steal "stuff" you will get infected eventually, no matter what you do. There is just no honor amongst theives!
